It is easy to use and allows you to practice drills on a full sheet of ice. Here are our top 5 tips: 1. Keep the sheet of ice very smooth using a rolling/placement device such as sand paper or paintbrushes. Once you have the sheet of ice smooth with a smooth roller, remove the skate and place another skater on top of the roller for the next drill. This will help to keep the ice surface even. Note: You can change the drill type depending on the type of skill. 2. Practice drills with your partner. It is better to do several pairs to keep on practicing the drills. 3. A full length practice sheet from the USTL has been created for each team. Great for a quick review of the plays you've seen. —Practice is only 25-35 -Practice is only 20-25 for a week (includes 7 days) -The USTL has a full schedule of games, both weekend and weekday. Full NHL games at both the Junior and Amateur levels. —All players are required to complete practice plans and a waiver under the agreement they will play hockey before attending any official USTL competition (note: you do not have to attend if your schedule is too busy). —In addition to the league, the USTL requires you to take a summer class.
